For couples seeking a larger celebration, our seven-acre event field extends the possibilities further still, with room for marquees seating 300 guests or more. Our team works alongside trusted marquee specialists to design a marquee that suits your plans, from the first stake in the ground to the last dance.
The formal gardens marquee lawn seats up to 200 guests, with easy access to the Hall's interiors for arrival drinks and the wedding breakfast, while the seven-acre event field offers views across the estate's parkland and pond for larger celebrations. From a classic sperry tent to a contemporary glasshouse marquee, every element, from lighting and flooring to drapery and floral design, is planned with you. When the celebrations continue into the evening, The Carriage House offers 12 en-suite rooms, including the Bridal Suite and a two-bedroom suite sleeping four, and the Hall's five bedrooms accommodate a further 10 guests close at hand.

There are two options. The marquee lawn in the formal gardens seats up to 200 guests and sits right beside the Hall, so you can use its rooms for drinks and the ceremony. For bigger weddings, the seven-acre event field takes 300 guests or more, with views across the parkland.

Yes. Many couples marry in the King Edward Ballroom, the Drawing Room, or the formal gardens, then move to the marquee for the wedding breakfast and evening party.
We work with trusted marquee specialists who know the estate well. They offer everything from a classic sperry tent to a glasshouse marquee, along with lighting, flooring, and furniture.
Yes. Our own chefs and bar team cater every marquee wedding, with menus planned around your day using seasonal, local ingredients.
Yes. The Carriage House has 12 en-suite rooms, including the Bridal Suite and a two-bedroom suite for four, and there are five bedrooms in the Hall. Together they sleep up to 36 guests.
