Individually designed, beautifully finished
Staying at Hotham Hall is an extension of the estate experience rather than a separate one. The 17 rooms and suites across the Hall and The Carriage House have each been designed with the same care as the rest of the estate. No two rooms are the same, each shaped by the building it sits within and guided by the aesthetic sensibility of the estate's restoration.
The five bedrooms of the Hall carry the quiet grandeur of a Grade II* listed Georgian country house, furnished by Woods of Harrogate, with high ceilings and period detailing creating a sleeping environment unlike anywhere else. Guests wake to views of the formal gardens and parkland from many of the building's generous windows.
The 12 suites of The Carriage House, restored from the original 18th-century stable block, combine historic bones with interiors by Andrew Martin and carefully curated antiques, each one layered, warm, and entirely individual. Colonel Jack's Bar, the club rooms, and the courtyard are all immediately accessible, and among the suites is the Bridal Suite, the natural choice for couples marking a special occasion on the estate. Most rooms are designed for double occupancy, with one suite accommodating four guests, and rooms can be booked for an overnight stay or as part of an event.

The estate has a total of 17 rooms and suites: five bedrooms in the Hall and twelve suites in The Carriage House.
The Hall rooms are set within a Grade II* listed Georgian country house and furnished by Woods of Harrogate, carrying the grandeur and period character of the building throughout. The Carriage House suites have their own distinct aesthetic, with interiors designed by Andrew Martin and a carefully curated selection of antiques, alongside access to Colonel Jack’s Bar and the club rooms. Both are comfortable and beautifully finished.
Most rooms across the Hall and The Carriage House are designed for double occupancy, with one of the Carriage House suites configured to accommodate four guests.
