Discreet AV and PA integration means the technology serves the event without ever getting in the way. In the Prince of Wales Library Bar, a retractable screen is concealed within the bookshelf, ensuring the room retains its character when not in use.

Complete the experience with an overnight stay in one of the estate's 17 beautifully restored luxury bedrooms (five in the Hall and 12 in The Carriage House). One of the suites in The Carriage House is a two-bedroom suite with occupancy for four guests. Blending contemporary comfort with Georgian heritage, each suite offers a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind before the next day begins.

Hotham Hall's rooms work as well for a board meeting as they do for an evening dinner. The Georgian rooms of the Hall, comprising the King Edward Ballroom, the Prince of Wales Library Bar, the Drawing Room, and the Study, each carry their own distinct character and can be configured to suit meetings, dinners, presentations, and receptions.
The Carriage House extends the estate's corporate offering considerably. Its contemporary event spaces, flooded with natural light and finished with carefully selected materials, provide a versatile setting for larger gatherings, away-days, and product showcases. Colonel Jack's Bar brings warmth and character to the social moments of any corporate stay, from morning coffee before a meeting to a nightcap at the close of the evening.
Outside, the formal gardens, courtyard, and wider parkland offer space for breakout sessions, team activities, and the kind of informal conversations that often prove the most valuable of all.
