The Ballroom
The Ballroom at Hotham Hall is a masterful blend of historical craftsmanship and elegant design, featuring original early 18th-century woodwork with panelling and delicate carvings attributed to the esteemed York joiner and architect William Thornton, known for his work on Beverley Minster, Wentworth Castle, and Castle Howard. This grand space is further accentuated by an original fireplace and an impressive bay window that offers sweeping views of the grounds and woodland.
